For this photo I used my 24mm because I wanted to get in as much of the scenery as possible. I really wanted to show both the amazing lines on the rocks and the stunning sunset with the lighthouse in the background. My settings were ISO 400, f/3.5, 1/320s. I had to underexpose quite a bit in order to avoid blowing out the sky in the background, which, for me, was one of the key elements of the photo. In Lightroom I decreased highlights and increased shadows all the way, decreased my blacks, and then used gradient filters to help even out the exposure even more while also increasing the saturation in the sky.
