I started out by editing as normal in LR. Then moved to PS where I duplicated the layer twice (so I had three layers of the background). Leaving the original layer alone, I took a brush and painted the background of the image black on the 2nd layer. Then masked off of her as necessary. Then on the 3rd layer, I masked everything but the window. And positioned the window where I wanted it. I also took another image where her tutu wasn’t squished against the chair and used it to help fill in the bottom of her tutu. Then I flattened the image and edited with my normal process but also added / played around with a few light & ray overlays at the window.
